Many people live “partitioned” lives—separating their spiritual activity (church, prayer) from their daily labor (work, chores, hobbies). Johann Sebastian Bach destroyed this partition. Whether he was writing a complex mass for a cathedral or a simple exercise for a student, he viewed his work as a direct service to the Creator. This sermon challenges us to see our own daily “compositions” as a form of high worship.
