Every night I lie in bed, and after I finish talking to God, I look up at my ceiling and say to myself, “This is one dark room.” I embrace the darkness; I need complete darkness before I go to bed. I can actually say that I love sleeping in the dark. As I’m enjoying the darkness of my room, I recall when I was a child and how I use to hate the darkness. I used to fear the dark room before going to bed. But now I am used to it. Waking up and turning on the news, I realize we are living in a dark room and I’m becoming used to this dark room.
